  • Single wrapped heavy duty shooting mono – 2mm thick with 400lb breaking strain
  • Low profile muzzle (free upgrade worth £19, not the grey pictured above)
  • This version doesn’t include the loading butt

The durability:

The Scorpia is Rob Allen’s ‘so called’ entry level gun aimed at the beginners looking to get top quality without having to rob a post office. We say ‘so called’ because this mean hunting partner holds several world records in its own right. Powered by a 16mm band, the Scorpia packs one hell of a punch.

Unlike most of its competitors in the entry level bracket, it is made from aviation grade aluminium and not plastic which means it’s incredibly rugged and durable. This makes it an idea gun for the UK shore diver as it eats up the sometimes unforgiving conditions and continues to perform season after season.

Furthermore it is made up of the same internal workings as the rest of the Rob Allen fleet, meaning no corners were cut with this seriously powerful and hardened gun.

This speargun is popular with surfers, anglers and most other newcomers who don’t want to compromise on quality. The shorter lengths make excellent backup guns for cave and hole hunting as they are extremely powerful yet affordable.

This model is available in lengths from 50cm to 110cm, is powered by a single 16mm band and fires a 6.3mm tri-cut spear for deeper penetration.

We also upgrade all our Scorpia’s with the new low profile muzzle free of charge so you can add an extra band down the line if you want to. This muzzle alone is worth £19!

If you are looking for a beginner speargun then the RA scorpia should be at the top of your list.
